Digital PDF guides and printables are instant downloads and are not returnable once downloaded, except where the law requires otherwise. If a download file is faulty, contact us at izzypup89@gmail.com and we will help.

Physical and personalised items are made to order. Please contact us promptly if an item arrives damaged or wrong, with your order number and a photo, and we will work out a fix with you. Personalised items with a buyer error in names, dates, or photos cannot always be remade for free.
